Dress Code Policy:
It is expected that Rock Solid employees will dress professionally on the first and third Wednesdays of every month.
Absence and Late Policy:
All employees are expected to attend work everyday. Absences will only be excused if they are for doctors appointments or family related occurrences. If absent, it is the responsibility of the employee to complete work and stay caught up. Rock Solid will not tolerate tardiness. If tardy, a $5 fee will be deducted from your monthly paycheck each time you are late.
Violence and Harassment Policy:
Violence and harassment in the workplace will not be tolerated. Rock solid will promote professional behavior. Personal issues should remain outside of the workplace.
